Method of Preparations
1. Heat the pan add 4 tbsp oil( Here I used sesame oil it’s good for health), add chopped green chilies and curry leaves, once it roasted.
2. Add chopped onions saute until turn into golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, mint saute until aroma arises.
3. Add homemade Biryani masala and then add chopped tomatoes then add 2 teaspoons of homemade chili powder, add 1 teaspoon of sambar powder
4. Finally, add curd and mix well and cook it for five minutes, add salt as required.
5. Now add soaked rice without water, Roast the rice with masala for a minute.
6. Add water as required, garnish with coriander and mix well, close the lid and pressure cooked for five minutes.
7. Tasty veg kuska biryani was ready.
Serve the kuska rice with onion raitha.
