Lady’s Finger Chili/Fry, Vendakai Chili/Fry in AweZoUnique Anvi Kitchens

Ingredients:

Lady's finger/ Vendakai

Baji Flour/ Kadalai mavu

Rice Flour/ Arisi mavu

Maidha mavu

Red chilies

Urad dal/ uluntham parupu

Chana dal/ kadala parupu

Green chilies

Ginger garlic paste

Curry leaves

Salt

Oil


Method of Preparations:

1. Take the lady’s finger cleanly and chopped in diagonal shape, add curry leaves and two chopped green chilies With salt and oil together, mix well and keep aside.


2. In a pan dry roast the ingredients urad dal, channa dal, and red chili saute until dal turns into golden brown when dal get roasted add cumin seeds and roast well and keep aside to cool.

3. In the same pan dry roast, the curry leaves.



4. In Mixe jar add the dry roasted urad dal, Channa dal, and red chilies and blend a slightly coarse powder and keep it in a bowl.


5. In the same jar add roasted curry leaves and blend.


6. Now take one small cup of maida mavu, rice flour, baji mavu, and mix well, and add grind dal powder and add curry leaves powder and mix together and add a pinch of salt.


7. Add all this mixed Flour into chopped lady’s finger mix and add ginger garlic paste and mix well and keep aside.


8. Turn on the stove and heat the oil on high flame and deep fry the lady’s finger.
