Ingredients

Red Chilies

kush Kush(kasa kasa)

Cashew

Cinnamon

Cloves

Sombu


Method of Preparations

1. On a low flame, roast all the ingredients one by one until the Aroma rise, when Aroma rises skip roasting and Just kept aside to cool them completely. Add them to a blender Jar or Spice, to make a fine powder.

2. Sieve and store Biryani masala powder in an airtight glass jar. Use this masala powder as needed while making any kind of Biryani or Kushka.
