AweZo Anvi Kitchen Egg masala


Ingredients:

Boiled eggs

Onion

Tomato

Green chilies

Curry leaves

Turmeric powder

Ginger/ garlic paste

Chili powder

Oil

Jeragam/cumin seeds

Salt 🧂 as required


Method of preparation:


1. Boil 2 to 4 eggs and remove the shells


2. Heat the pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, and add cumin seeds, mustard, wait until to splatter, add chopped onions and green chilies, roast the onion until turn into golden brown.



3. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste, saute until aroma arises.


4. Add the chopped egg and saute for few minutes on low flame to get rid of raw smell.


5. Add salt as required, add red chili powder and turmeric.

6. Cook the egg with masala on low flame for few minutes.


7. Once the masala is cooked well, switched off the flame.


Serve hot with rice, roti, chapati, dosa
